If I'm not wrong, the 2nd edition does not describe the ROM 03 //gs.  It 
only mentions this "introduced in the mid 1989" //gs with 256K ROM (plus, 
of course, the 128K ROM //gs).

: At least with the Firmware Reference Manual I was able to buy the update from
