SoftPC and SoftWindows by Insignia Software allows Macs to run DOS and
Windows. It doens't *only* allow you to run DOS/Windows programs...
but DOS and Windows themselves! The emulation on a PowerMac currently
provides 80286 instruction set running at approx. 25MHz 486 speeds. A
forthcoming version will provide the full 486 instruction set.
The PowerMac 6100 can also have a card installed with a Intel 486DX66
on it so so you can really have a full PC and Mac in the same box!
Truely amazing!
