On the Grappler+, the switches for an Epson printer should be set:

    1 - off,  2,3 and 4, - on.

Not sure for the switches on the Espon MX-100 itself.  I do have the
manual for the MX-80 FTIII which includes its switch settings.  It
lists SW1-1 through 1-8 and SW2-1 through 2-4.  Email if this
sounds/looks similar.  All switches set to off looks like a good bet,
except maybe SW2-3.  If off, LF must be from host, if on, auto LF
with CR.
