Grappler+ or Mx100 help!

Hi and thanks for taking the time to read this i have a problem with my
grappler+ to mx 100 epson printer that is that it will print for about 3
lines then stop dead and i have to switch the printer off and then on
again so i can print another 3 lines.
well that's no good for the printer. :-)

so can you help me with the dip settings for the grappler+ or the epson mx
 
the card and printer were give aways so i have no info on them.
