It sounds like it doesn't think your program disk is a master disk.
Could be the copy protection is pretty picky (is this in an Apple 3.5"
drive or a clone like AMR?), or the disk is too old to look like one.
If you have access to Copy ][+ (v8.0 or later, I think) try running
the 3.5" bitcopy for PrintShop GS- HD (there may be variants so you
might have to test a few) to a separate disk and boot off that.
The various HD options disable the copy protection detection, but
don't really require a HD. To be legal about this, you should only do
this if you are an owner of a legit copy. Since you are allowed to make
one backup of software anyhow, making a _working_ backup and using that
is a bonus. :)
