New newsletter "DIRT CHEAP COMPUTER REVIEW"

I am attempting to start a new newsletter called 

DIRT CHEAP COMPUTER REVIEW

The topics to be covered are:

	1.	In-expensive Computer Hardware platforms that are
	capable of doing the basics. I.E. Wordprocessing, Games, and
	modem communication.

	2.	Free or extremely inexpensive software for the systems
	reviewed in 1.

	3.	Cost-effective peripherals that do the work for less.

	4.	Exact sources for the above.

I would appreciate any comments about this newsletter.  Please email
me to jens4813@mstr.hgc.edu.

Also if you would like to write an article I would be pleased to publish
it in the newsletter.  For the first six months this is a free newsletter.
If enough people express interest I will start mailing it to individuals
vis US postal service.
