I am afraid I have to disagree with zelix ... based on my own experience
with the irc. I have had cause to ask apple ii questions many times and I
always go straight to #appleiigs. The kind folks there (including James)
have always offered me either terrific advice on whatever my computing
problem is, or they have said they did not know.

I am full of praise for the Apple II people on #appleiigs. Ofcourse there
is general chit chat as well ... and yes a lot at times relates to unix,
the latest tv program or Daver's strange musical likes :)

I know i can always get help from these people
