i don't think it exists.  monochrome monitors for a "graphics" machine 
is a bad marketting idea.

however, you can look for a Sanyo DM5012CM monitor.  12 inch monochrome 
monitor (as i recall, that will fit on a gs).  but... you'll have to 
readjust your eyes to something that looks nice instead of green 
phosphor.... (mine is a white phosphor with slightly blue tint.   very 
easy on the eyes.  clearly visible at fairly low contrast settings.  
and TV (via vcr's VIDEO OUT jack) looks ok on it...)
