I seem to remember having the same problem at some point.  It's been a 
while, but did you choose "Install C/PASCAL/ASM libraries" or whatever in 
the installer when you installed them?  All I remember is that there is a 
special installation option that must be chosen if you're installing more 
than one language.  If you just install Pascal, then simply install C over 
it, it will not work.

Sorry I can't be of more help;  just be sure to check the "C/PASCAL/ASM" 
libraries thing.  That's all I know.  :-)
