No, that wasn't what I meant. I was talking about a RAM card that
lets you piggyback another _standard_ IIgs RAM card (I believe it
worked with several 4 MB cards and also with Apple's 1MB card).
Someone has already posted further details about the card.

Wrong card. The RAMFactor is standard-slot RAM card. It has an
optional external power supply called the RAMCharger which will retain
the RAM disk contents.
There is also the RAMKeeper, which is a IIgs memory expansion card
with battery backup (and an optional backup power supply?)
