remaining Apple II periodicals and support groups

Now that there is no more ICON, i.e., A2 Resource Central, I would like to
list the remaining Apple II resources in terms of periodicals and national
support services of which I am aware.  I will give name address, phone no.,
e-mail address where I know them.  If others could add missing information
about the groups I list or could correct my information, or if you know of
more organizations or publications (suppliers will be a separate list)
please post them in a follow-up article in this thread.  Also list dues or
subscription prices where you know them.  This memo represents the state
of my knowledge.  You would have to contact the parties concerned to
determine whether my information is correct.  

I would also appreciate it if anyone could tell me which publication
Cynthia Fields, PhD, formerly of A+/InCider, is now publishing or writing
for.

It appears that the scene for Apple II users has shifted to the Apple II
Round Tables on Genie.  One can get on Genie by calling on line
(800)630-8369 (U.S.) or (800)387-8330 (Canada).  I don't know where to
call if you want to talk to them in your own voice.  Their advertised
rates are $8.95 per month for your first four non-prime hours and $3 per
non-prime hour thereafter, with an initial $50 credit for new users.  I
don't know how much this actually works out to.  If one has to spend
much time on line to find and download files, it could amount to real
money.  I don't know if most users stay within their allotted four hours
per month. 

I also understand that Delphi maintains on-line conferences for Apple II. 
Does anyone know anything about their service?
