Most credit card companies wouldn't honor a request like this. Your
primary recourse is to the vendor, not the card issuer. If you have tried,
in good faith, to get a remedy from the vendor, and none is forthcoming, then
your issuer may intervene and issue a chargeback (which will get the vendor's
attention really fast), but if you haven't even asked Vitesse for a refund,
you won't get any assistance from most card issuers.
