Apple HS SCSI card DIPs???

Hello All,

I've recently acquired an Apple HS SCSI card without a manual, and
I was wondering what the function of the four DIP switches are in the
lower left corner of the board.

Also, I'm going to be using this card in an Apple ][e, and would
also like to know what the suggested setting for the switches are
in this case.
