Error $40 (what means?)

Hi all,

Last night I was fiddling with a progrsm called Angel trying to unpack
an LHA file.  And it changed the file somehow to something foriegn that
my //GS doesn't recognize.  When I try to delete the file I get message
'error $0040  Invalid pathname'

I have tryed to change the filetype  name but nothing recognizes it.
