Sure you can, I have a RAM disk in slot 6. Of course, there just happens to
be an Apple slinky card in slot 6.
As far as making the built in RAM disk be in slot 7, the only hope would be
to move the device driver vector from the slot 5 drive 2 spot to where you want
it. But that would be necessary every time ProDOS 8 runs and might not even
work. No way to do it within the hardware.
