A few years ago, I wrote a review of Task Force for BRCC's Scarlett. In
the review, I concluded, "If you want culture, read Shakespeare. If you
want some great IIGS shoot 'em up fun, buy Task Force."
 
After that review appeared, whenever BRCC included Task Force in one of
their ads, it always said "Joe Kohn's favorite game."
 
It stopped being fun when I finally blew away Vasquez. That took about 1.5
years of constant playing. As I finally figured it out, Task Force seems
like a mindless shoot 'em up, but it really requires strategy to win.
