What_kind_ of Apple IIe files?  For instance, Apple IIe text files ARE, in
general, in ASCII.  They are not, however, terminated with the same
line termination that MSDOS uses.  Is that what you mean?  Or do you mean
somehow converting special characters, like MouseText, into ASCII (not
really possible)?  Or do you mean converting AppleWorks files?  PFS files?
Executables?
