I haven't seen any of the earlier messages in this thread, so I don't
know what program you are talking about (beatbox, presumably).

Error $110A is a System Loader error, indicating that an illegal load
record was found in an application.

This probably means the application file is damaged in some way.  I
think this is the error reported when an application gets some extra
bytes tacked onto the end (e.g. if you use GSCII+ to extract the
BinSCII version of the ShrinkIt GS self-extracting archive, it adds a
few bytes to the end, and the System Loader will report an error when
you try to launch GSHK.SEA).

Another possibility is simple file corruption.

It could also be reported if you changed the filetype of a
non-application (e.g. a data file) to $B3, and tried to launch it.
