IIGS questions

I need to know few things since I just got me a IIgs today.
1) Where can I find the Prodos 8 ? How big memory sizes does it requires
to run it ?
2) Will the Sider 20mb from First class works on IIgs ? I have it on my
IIe with their own controller card. I wanted it to be opreated on my IIgs.
3) Is there any FTP address support for the IIGs software?
