If you mean their mail-order catalogue, then it doesn't exist any
more. In fact, Resource Central doesn't exist any more. They got out
of the mail-order business, and transferred all of their publications
to a non-profit organisation called ICON (International Computer
Owners' Network). Resource Central (the commercial outfit) then
ceased trading.

All of the "APDA" products which Resource Central carried are now
being sold by Byte Works, along with the last remaining stocks of
Quality Software books (Beneath Apple DOS, etc.) The Procyon products
(GNO, Switch-It, Splat!, etc.) are now being sold by EGO Systems,
publishers of GS+ magazine.

Byte Works has had a two-page advertisement in the last couple of
issues of GS+, listing all of their products and prices.
