        I'd almost guarantee that Tim Grams would refund your money if the
program didn't work.  Regardless, why not mail him?  I'm sure he'd be happy
to work with you and figure out what's happening with the demo.  He's at
tgrams@genie.geis.com.  I don't work for him or anything; I'm just a _very_
satisfied customer.
