Well, something on the board was upgraded, I know that.
Damn, it is very vague in my memory, but somewhere
in some relatively recent Apple II docs there is mention
of some error condition changing numbers for compatibility
with certain software. Or maybe I read it on GEnie
in one of Matt's posts. I don't remember.
