The ROM 00 to ROM 01 IIGS upgrade is still free; if your dealer says
otherwise, call 1-800-SOS-APPL and insist that they look it up. If
they say it's not free, insist some more. If they still say it's not
free, ask for a supervisor. The upgrade is still free and is still
available; but not everyone at Apple knows it.
