Appleworks 2.0 and 4meg?

I assume that the card came with software to patch AW2.0 to recognize the
memory.  AE cards always did, but I don't know if their software would work
with your card.  AW versions before 3.0 needed patches to recognize anything
beyond 128K.

Thus Sequential Systems ought to be the source of the answer to your question.
