Castle Wolfenstein -original

I've been doing some calling around, looking for who has the copyrights to
Castle Wolfentein/Beyond Castle Wolfenstein.

Anyone know where Silas Warner is?  I know that Muse Software no longer exists,
or its creator.  I've yet to find a company that is willing to say they own
Wolfenstein.  Interplay/Apogee/id all have said "Someone else holds the
original copyright - we just distribute it/license it/don't know a thing about
it."Until I obtain better information from one of these companies, could
someone share any knowledge they have?

I don't follow the newsgroup, so a reply by e-mail would be appreciated.

What's this Wolf3D stuff?  Has Wolfenstein returned to the Apple?  Pretty neat,
if it has.  Makes me wish I had a ][gs.
