Not sure how much help this will be, but here goes...

YEARS AGO, I read an article someplace...some hacker's publication which
wasn't even mine...which gave detailed instructions for cracking
Wolfenstein.  The basic tactic was to use the 13-sector RWTS routine in
MUFFIN (on the DOS 3.3 System Master) to convert the program disk to
16-sector.  My guess, having not read the article in about ten years, is
that the modification to Muffin was to get it to copy all of the data from
the disk rather than getting it to copy files...though I've never used
Muffin, so I can't be sure...
