GNO/ME lets you multitask 1 "graphical (Desk Top.)"  Application, and 
other shell/text ones.  Sorry, no p8 support....too bad though.

BTW: How about just 8-bit multitasking by itself?  Seems like I saw some 
utility on GEnie when I used to have an account that multitasked 8-bit on 
an IIe w/the interupt on the mouse card.
