Passport MIDI card info...

Hey folks...  
I recently bought a Passport card from a friend of mine to hook my GS up to
my Roland.   I am hoping someone out there might have some info on the thing.

I could use:
 1. any Tech info.  Specifically, what the heck are the 2 RCA jacks for
    on the card?  Are they some sort of audio jacks?
 2. Any software/drivers for it.  I am using Sys 6.0.1 right now, which
    works for GS/OS, but I'm hoping there is some way to play with the
    thing from the //e side, as I may sell it to my mom in the future.
 3. Any manuals, or places where I can get manuals.

Also, I was recently given an Ace 1000 by my brother that had a Micromodem
 IIe in it.  Any tech info/software/manuals for this would be helpful as
well.
