Help installing AfterWork!

I need some help in getting my friends copy of AfterWork running on his
apple IIe. We have installed it three or four times and each time we
begin the to.afterwork file we get the message to.afterwork not installed.
After working through the install program it indicates a successful install
each time. We are running an enhanced IIe with a 3.3 MHz Transwarp card.
Anyone else had any similar problems with it.. Oh yess we also just updated
his copy of Appleworks 4.01 to 4.3. Thanx quality Computers!!
