How do I hook up an ImageWriter / Imagewriter II to a PC?

I've seen this question asked and answered before, but my wonderful school
just decided to deelete everyone's old mail to conserve disk space
(the geniuses)...

I'm interested in getting it working under DOS and windows (and given
dos, I'm sure i can get Linux working :)

I remember something about a C-Itoh 8510 driver for windows, but that
doesn't seem to come with windows anymore =-(
