About the TurboRez, apparantly you have to hook up a wire to a couple of
pins on the VGC chip on the GS. Their original plan was to replace the
VGC chip on the GS but the problem with this idea is that the VGC chip is
soldered onto ROM 3 GS's.
 
Actually there are more than just on of the TR boards out there. I
remember seeing at least 3 of them at the Apple Expo West a couple of
years ago along with the portable GS.
