Well, you can find the latest version of ProDOS at the
Apple Support ftp server (ftp.austin.apple.com). GEnie
has a copy of DOS 3.3.
AppleWorks was just released in version 5, and it is still
commercial and sold (by Quality Computers, not Claris)...
no one here should be able to send it to you, although
you might be able to buy an old copy. (The new version
requires a 3.5" drive or hard drive, as well as an enhanced
IIe or higher.)
However, AppleWriter has been released as freeware. It has a nice
glossary function, and you should be able to get it at the us-
ual Apple II ftp sites (grind.isca.uiowa.edu &
cco.caltech.edu).
