I too am wondering how to do this. 16/256 color 320 mode pics print
out great for me, but 3200 color and 640 mode pics don't. I think
Vitesse's driver processes dithering assuming that the pic is 320 mode,
period. If anyone has gotten a 640 mode res printout, tell me how...
