Basically nothing at all. The first few thousand IIGS's produced in
1986 (exact number unknown) had a copy of Steve Wozinak's signature on
front, above the wording "Limited Edition" for nostalgia. Apparently a
special certificate also came included with these machines, saying it was an
offical Limited Edition model or something to that nature.
The only real difference is all or most "Woz Limited Edition" GSes
came shipped with ROM version 00 and (very early ones) a faulty VGC chip.
Many plain cover GSes came shipped with ROM version 00 as well, so it wasn't
just the Limited Edition ones. Of course most people have upgraded their
"WOZ" GSes to the ROM 01 or swapped the cover to their ROM 3 machines... :-)
