Well, if you've got access to an Apple II and AppleWorks just
"print" the document to a text file. As for CrossTalk you might be
thinking of CrossWorks, which is a nifty package by SoftSpoken that
consists of a cable to connect an Apple II to a PC and software to
go on each end to make transferring files a snap.
