It has an 8088 processor in it.  It only does CGA graphics, supposedly
better then an actual PC but I'm not sure.  You will probably want a
hardrive with it or else 3 or 4 3.5" drives.  If you need a 5.25 you have
to buy a special drive.  I don't know how much one would cost anymore since
AE is belly up.  
I just want to add that the main thing I use my PCT for now is file
transfer.  Not too many applications will run on it without a hard drive.
