Personally, I've been looking because I already have a RamFactor [and
probably enough bits-and-bobs to hack together a suitable power supply] and
I don't have a CF card. Most of my Apple ][ stuff is definitely in the
"tinkering" category rather than daily use.
I'd thought about using a standard UPS to provide an always-on Apple, but it
doesn't solve the problem if the Apple needs a power-cycle re-start. The
UPS/wall-wart combination adaptor is a great idea and eliminates any messing
about building a battery charger.
