Looking for cheap printer/cable for //c

I'm giving my old //c to a relative, but don't want to part with my 
beloved Imagewriter II.  Can anyone give me any suggestions for a printer 
and corresponding cable that will work with a //c for under $150?  
Refurbished or used printers are fine.
