This is a long shot: once upon a time (almost five years ago), a CD-ROM
called GEM-CD was created for the 1990 National Apple User Group
Conference. It contained mostly Apple IIgs software, but with some IIe
(ProDOS-8) files.
Try e-mail to lavona@aol.com. She was in charge of the production, and
might know if any copies still exist.
