Help with BINSCII

Does anyone have a working version of
BINSCII.EXE or BINSCII.1.0.3.E
I have the ASCII files and I get an error
at the end of the file when I compile it.
If you have a working copy of this could you
send me the text file of the file that
results when you compile it. Can't get any
software off the net.
I am new to internet but have been Apple 2 ing
since 1986. Thanks for any help.
