Where is the FAQ/Modem Question

Hi.  I just got my hands on my brother's and my old Apple//c, by way of
getting him an old 386/16 PC to do his papers and stuff on.

I just want to use it for kicks, and one of the things I'd like to do is use
it to net-surf.  I currently surf the net with a VT 220 I got free at work
(fools! they don't know the value!) and an external 2400 modem.

My question, after seeing the goofy comm port on the back of my //c, is how
can I get (or can I at all) a connector between my 25pin serial plug on the
modem to the Apple //c?


Also, what modem software might be available to me on the net or by
purchase? (I guess by purchase, since it has to be in Apple format)

I have ProDos 1.1.1 on this machine (never got an upgrade).

I would appreciate all help, and as I stated in my subject line, where is
the FAQ for this group obtainable?
