I highly doubt that you "know for a fact" that this is true _in this
case_. Keep in mind, CD-ROMs are pressed in _much_ lower volume than music
CDs, where your figure probably comes from, so economies of scale don't kick
in to nearly the degree that they do for music. Still, pressing the CD
almost certainly costs less than $10 each, unless that costs more in Germany
(which is possible, I guess). Might there be other costs for them to cover?
