Curious sound behavior on GS.

This is more of a curiosity than a real problem, but I figured I'd ask 
anyway just to see if I can learn more about the GS by understanding 
this.  I've got a ROM 1 GS with the sound control panel active and the 
"frog" sound associated with a disk eject.  For some reason, I also get 
the sound when quitting a P8 application and returning to GS/OS.  In 
fact, it plays twice! - once when P8 quits and again a second later when 
GS/OS restarts.  Anybody know what might be going on?
