Trackstar help wanted

I recently bought a used (are there any _new_ ones!) Trackstar card and
I'm having some trouble with installation. Specifically, I'm not
getting readable video on a working PC MGA adaptor when connected to
the Trackstar card. The screen is uniformly bright an washed out.

I've also got some operation questions (assuming I get the thing
working) that aren't covered in the manual. Can Apple software be
copied from diskettes to the IBM hard drive? Can the Trackstar utility
disk (copy protected) be copied? I've only got one disk (there were two
when the product was new) and the company no longer offers
