The RamFast SCSI card can use most SCSI CD-ROM drives so you have a
lot of choices. I do not know the specifics about any CD-ROM drive
other than my Apple CD-150. There is a IIgs CD-ROM FAQ around
somewhere for more cd-rom drive/scsi card compatibility info.

dQ does not support the SecondSight card right now but it is my
understanding that it will in the future.

dQ supports cd-roms in the discpassage format and, with the the dQ
Encyclopedia add-on, some (all?) Compton's Encyclopedias from 1994.
Cd-roms containing text, gif, sound files, etc, assuming proper disk
and file format, can be read using the appropriate System 6.0.1
drivers.

The Apple CD-150 is a single speed drive and the CD-300 is a dual
speed drive. There are probably other differences.
