Second Sight info needed.

First, can someone e-mail me or lead me to an FTP site with the 2ndSight
info file (txt version)?
 
Second, what is the availability of the board?  I saw it listed for $149+
in the new QC catalog.
 
Third, is full programmer's info included with the card?
