Emulator use Apple][e drives?

    I've had a very little experience with Apple ][e emulators for an
IBM, but I wonder if anyone knows if:
    
    - an Apple][e emulator running on my IBM
        could access Apple][e drives, and,
    -which port would the drives connect to on my IBM.  AND, 
    -could the emulator use my IBM's fax/modem if I had the right Apple
        software?
