Yes, this is what the MacWarehouse ad says. However, when I called
MacWarehouse to ask them who manufactured it, *they* told me that
it was made by hayes. This, and the fact that the modem looks almost
exactly like a Hayes Accura from the front led me to believe that
it was a repackaged Accura that Hayes was allowing someone else to
sell without their name at a reduced price.

Someone recently mentioned that the Magnum is actually made by
a company called Enterprise Technologies. I haven't had a chance
to track them down yet. Anyone have a number? I want to ask them
if the Magnum series will be upgradable to the CCITT v.34 standard,
and for how much, or if there will ever be v.34 magnums sold.
