You haven't looked enough.  But most US programmers do full application
programs instead demos for some reason.  But check the ftp sites, there's
quite a few.  Some by GS<>IRC, some by Digital Exodus, and others I can't
remember the names to right now.  I would say Bill Heineman too, but he does
it professionally.
