Diversi Cache problems

Hello... I have Diversi Cache on my IIgs but it doesn't always work...
My config is: IIgs ROM 01, 4 megs of RAM, two 3.5" disk drives and a 2
Meg RAM disk.
When I boot from the 3.5" drives with the cache activated it works
wonderfully but when I boot from the RAM Disk and then use the 3.5"
nothing seems to be any faster... What's wrong?
I also may need a real copy of Diversi Cache... the one I downloaded
wouldn't install AT ALL and the one I'm using right now is hidden on
FTA's Animation Magazine disk so I have to run that first if I want to
use it... :(
